Each package includes four core exterior services that cover the majority of residential maintenance needs. These services are strategically bundled and scheduled to keep your property consistently clean, protected, and looking its best year-round — without over-servicing or neglecting key areas.

As an added benefit, when you enroll in any maintenance package, you’ll receive a $50 credit toward a full-house pressure or soft wash service or Roof cleaning, giving you additional savings on deeper cleaning when needed. The $50 credit will be given based on the service that you did not choose in your package option. For example, if you chose to have your siding cleaned as part of your package, naturally, we will then offer a $50 credit towards Roof cleaning and vice versa.
Each estimate given is made CUSTOM to the size and features of your property. Big driveway, small house? Not to worry, Point B's estimation engines take each situation independently and put each one through a series of pricing filters specific to the home's features
