Service Contract & Deposit Requirements

​

For projects over $300, Point B Home Solutions requires a signed service contract prior to scheduling or performance of work. We may also require a signed service contract for certain jobs involving elevated risk, specialized access, specialty services, or added project complexity, regardless of project price.

For projects over $500, a deposit is required prior to scheduling or performance of work. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum required deposit is $175. Higher deposit amounts may apply depending on job scope, materials, scheduling, or project-specific factors.
