You've completed your online instant estimate with Point B, and it should already be on its way to your inbox.When you receive it, make sure NOT TO delete this email from your inbox. In fact its a good idea to print it off or save it to a computer

 

.In the estimate you should be receiving shortly, you will have a link to schedule, enhance, and revise your estimate to your satisfaction.

​​​​​​Service Contract, In-person Estimate & Deposit Requirements

 

A $30 scheduling fee is required at the time of booking to secure your in-person estimate. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• This fee reserves your appointment time and covers travel and on-site evaluation.

• If you proceed with services from Point B Home Solutions, the $30 will be credited toward your final invoice.

• The scheduling fee is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time.

 

For projects over $300, Point B Home Solutions requires a signed service contract before scheduling or performance of work. We may also require a signed service contract for certain jobs involving elevated risk, specialized access, specialty services, or added project complexity, regardless of project price.

For projects over $500, a deposit is required before scheduling or performance of work. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum required deposit is $175. Higher deposit amounts may apply depending on job scope, materials, scheduling, or project-specific factors.
